Evidence is Key
Document & Evidence Hub
Most people leaving an abusive relationship feel overwhelmed about how to ensure they remain safe but particularly confused about the documents, evidence, processes, protection orders and legal processes.
This is then often even more significant when they need to make arrangement for separation, communicate and negotiate with the perpetrator about parenting and financial matters and then potentially co-parent together.
We are passionate about assisting domestic and family violence survivors to obtain the protection they deserve and then walk with them every step of the way to navigate their separation and any relevant legal matters relating to parenting and financials.
Our team can help you:
- prepare statements for police
- create your chronology of events and supporting evidence
- draft affidavits and statements to support your application for protection orders and court proceedings
- assist with documentation to help prepare you for any mediation and family law matters
- provide guidance on security issues around court processes

Workplace Domestic & Family Violence Programs & Support
Our in person and online tailored training and compliance programs are helping businesses, boards, employers, leaders, community groups and service providers understand how they can best support those at risk of domestic and family violence, improve their internal cultures and ensure they are legally compliant, especially as it relates to Domestic and Family Violence Leave entitlements, Privacy, Workplace Health & Safety, Fair Work Act, Respect and Anti-discrimination legislation.

Technology Abuse & Monitoring Security
With the ever-increasing reliance on technology as an abuse tactic, we have partnered with highly credible, and safety checked organisations to confidentially assist with:
- Inspection and detection of monitoring devices on your technological devices, property and vehicles
- Preparation of Reports to record findings to help with your legal evidence
- Providing you with the advice and personalised strategies you need to stop the monitoring attempts.
Further information coming VERY SOON. Please email us at info@separationsupportnetwork.com if you require any future info in the meantime.
