Who is the Parenting Plan for?

Our Parenting Plan Package is designed with separated parents like you in mind, who seek certainty and clarity for their children's arrangements without conflict, stress and the costs of lawyers and court.

It's perfect for those who don't require a legally binding agreement, but still want a personalised Parenting Plan with a clear framework for both parents to be on the same page.

Who is NOT the Parenting Plan for?

This Parenting Plan is not the right fit for separated parents who are wanting a legally binding and enforceable agreement, or where there is a high level of conflict, domestic violence or communication challenges that may impact on how you and your Ex can work together effectively to create arrangements for your children.

If this sounds more like you, then reach out to our team here to discuss your situation and the best option for you.
