About Us
We conveniently offer online and expert guidance across Australia and New Zealand.

What Drives Us
Separation and divorce happens to all different types of couples and at varying ages and stages of life. It can feel emotional, overwhelming, confusing as hell, difficult to know who to trust and what it will cost.
Our mission is to help guide you through this difficult time to support you emotionally, give you clarity around your options, consider your priorities and safety, identify the documents and evidence you may need, work on communication and financial strategies, assist with parenting and help you and your family achieve outcomes in a faster, less expensive, and less stressful way.
Whilst we do not discount the value of experts, including lawyers, as may be required, a lot of the overwhelm and expense can be reduced with the right support.
For a fraction of the cost, we can help you answer many of your questions about navigating the system of separation and divorce in Australia.
For 30 years we have been dedicated to providing affordable, trustworthy and ethical services in a non-traditional way.

She has worked for over 30 years to support women and men in Australia and New Zealand to not only provide them with the emotional support they often need during the daunting separation and divorce process, but also the legal and financial guidance, resources and strategies they need to reduce their legal costs and financial loss, reduce their overwhelm and confusion, and reduce the impact on their children.
She is passionate about ensuring her clients emerge from the process confident and in greater control of their own futures.

Why We're Different
We provide you with the products, programs, guidelines, tools and services to make your separation and divorce easier to understand, simpler, faster, cheaper and less stressful.
For about 30 years we have been guiding our clients from the initial stages when they may be deciding to separate, during their separation and later divorce and unlike most, we continue to provide the ongoing wrap around post-divorce support our clients often feel they need to emerge from divorce more confidently. For some of our clients this involves career assistance, financial advisory and mortgage broking support, real estate guidance, life coaching, co-parenting support through our Parenting Hub or ongoing counselling. When we witness the transformation of our clients from the initial conversations to the end of this process, it is very rewarding.
As required, we have access to experts who are aligned with our mission of providing more affordable and less stressful support and are bound by our ethical charter.
We also specialise in supporting clients who are currently experiencing domestic and family violence, or at risk of experiencing violence, to get the support they require, the resources and evidence.
We can work with you individually or we can work impartially and confidentially with both partners separately, or together, to try and make the journey clearer, faster and more affordable for everyone. We do not, however represent both parties unless both parties have consented.

When faced with the most difficult time in mine and my children's lives, Separation Support Network was exceptional in helping us deal with every aspect of the separation from counselling, to helping me work out my priorities and goals. I found them to be dedicated, passionate, professional and confidential, and I saved a fortune in the process.

Susan and her team were amazing. When I was at a point in my life when things were spiralling out of control, she helped me to really listen, helped me communicate with my son and encourage our contact, and assisted with my parenting and financial matters. When I needed help in my darkest moments, Susan was ready to assist.
Kate
Two years ago when my partner left me, I was devastated. I hadn't seen it coming. I felt very lonely and extremely confused. Susan helped me the whole way from counselling to helping me communicate with my ex, right up to everything I needed to do for the consent orders. I could not have done it without Susan's help.
